Milan, home to the Duomo (officially, the Metropolitan Cathedral-Basilica of the Nativity of Saint Mary), the recently wrapped up Winter Olympics and of course Italy’s finance, design and art hub, welcomes the international jet set every February for its highly anticipated Fashion Week.
Unlike the rest of the fashion capitals, Milan thrives on the legacy of Italian craftsmanship. Tailoring, exquisite leather and fur statements, as well as traditional pelletteria, steal glances from the front rows. It is in Milan where things start to pick up in terms of celebrity buzz, too. Even those unaffected by the pop culture scene have to admit that in this day and era, part of a show’s success relies on the celebrity-led hype, so front rows are integral to the Fashion Week ecosystem.
Driving attention, media coverage and general public attention, celebrities are entrusted with the task of displaying past and upcoming collections on the front lines of runways, presentations and even store visits. They also generate a great deal of anticipation for the new collections. At Fendi and Gucci, for example, the photo call was a faithful indicator of what was to come from Maria Grazia Chiuri and Demna’s inaugural shows.
Meanwhile, at Prada, Bottega Veneta and Tod’s, celebrities offered a taste of the styles that will dominate fashion in the upcoming seasons. Elsewhere, the front rows served as a barometer for budding trends, from the return of snakeskin to the ‘80s style renaissance.

Alia Bhatt
Who: Bollywood superstar, consummate style icon and Gucci ambassador Alia Bhatt, set to star in the thriller Alpha, out in April.
Where: The Gucci front row, where she is a fixture season after season.
What: A sultry black leather coat styled as a dress. Bhatt accompanied the alluring piece with futuristic shield sunglasses, oversized pearls with the Gucci logo and pointed-toe heels.
Anne Curtis Smith
Who: Filipina star Anne Curtis Smith, a regular face on Fashion Week front rows across the world and one of the Philippines’ most popular names in the biz.
Where: The Gucci FW26 front row.
What: A sparkly dropped waist mini dress styled with black tights and a matching mini bag. Anne emphasized her natural beauty with a high hair bun and rose-toned makeup.
Bang Chan
Who: Australian star Bang Chan, Fendi ambassador and leader of the K-pop band Stray Kids—in case you don’t know them, the band is responsible for the world’s second-highest-selling album of 2025, according to IFPI.
Where: Maria Grazia Chiuri’s debut show for Fendi at the brand’s Milan headquarters in Via A. Solari 35.
What: A look that encapsulated the spirit of MGC’s creative director debut—a gray suit featuring a strap detail connecting both sides of the blazer. La pièce de résistance of Bang Chan’s look wasn’t his eye-catching blond hairstyle (although fans will disagree), but a tiger print Baguette bag, suited for this season of animal print revival.
Caitlin Clark
Who: U.S. basketball player, Indiana Fever star and Prada ambassador Caitlin Clark. Sports press and specialists call Clark one of the greatest WNBA athletes of all time.
Where: Prada’s most recent show at Fondazione Prada.
What: A beige-heavy ensemble that combined relaxed-fit pants, a striped polo shirt and a wool coat. For the occasion, Clark traded her signature sneakers for a pair of classy pointed-toe heels and toted a matching leather bag.
Cocona
Who: Member of the Japanese music group XG and newly minted Gucci ambassador Cocona.
Where: Her debut Fashion Week appearance as a Gucci ambassador.
What: A sleek black pantsuit worn sans shirt underneath, allowing Cocona to showcase her top surgery scars—ICYMI, the singer came out as transmasculine nonbinary last December. Cocona completed the look with beauty statements, including a Y2K-infused crimped hairstyle.
Daliwonga
Who: South African singer-songwriter Daliwonga Matiwane, aka. Daliwonga, one of the fastest-rising names on the African music scene.
Where: The Diesel FW24 front row.
What: A distressed leather set in a stylish Windsor tan shade worn atop a white long-sleeve top with thumb holes.
Eileen Gu
Who: Olympic champion Eileen Gu, widely recognized for being the most decorated freestyle skier in the history of the Winter Olympics.
Where: Prada’s FW26 show.
What: A delightful gray ensemble consisting of a minimalist flannel dress and double breasted jacket of the same fabric. Playing with Prada’s aesthetic, the look was accompanied by mid-calf socks, slingback shoes in contrasting burgundy and a tan mini bag.
Emilia Mernes
Who: singer Emilia Mernes, one of Argentina’s most-viewed and most-streamed artists. She is best known for hits such as “La_Original.mp3,” “Perdonarte, ¿Para Qué?” and “blackout.”
Where: The Roberto Cavalli FW26 front row.
What: A deconstructed knit mini dress with golden accents, styled along a fur coat with leopard print panels and a gold mini bag, which felt absolutely on brand for the occasion and matched Cavalli’s maximalist aesthetic.
Faye Peraya
Who: Miss Grand Thailand 2016 Peraya Malisorn, aka. Faye. After her stint in the world of beauty pageantry, Faye successfully ventured into the acting world, starring in several productions.
Where: Maximilian Davis’ latest fashion show for Ferragamo.
What: A sheer blue look that offered a throwback to the 2000s popular dress-over-pants trend, but reinvented for the 2020s. Ever the style icon, Fayesmartly accentuated her outfit with an orange Hug Bag and large dangling earrings.
Gulf Kanawut
Who: Gulf Kanawut, one of Thailand’s most esteemed Gucci partners, fashion celebrities and television icons. You might remember him from the highly successful TharnType: The Series.
Where: Demna’s inaugural show for Gucci, Gucci Primavera.
What: An early aughts-coded outfit that explored the actor’s penchant for experimentation and gender-bending style. It featured loose, flowy trousers and a neoprene baby tee that tapped into the resurgence of the male crop top. Plus, edgy accessories and a hairstyle that flaunted his ultra-silky, mid-length hair.
Heart Evangelista
Who: Filipina actor, artist and fashionista Heart Evangelista, one of the Philippines’ most prominent faces in the international fashion circuit.
Where: The Etro FW26 show.
What: A boho chic ‘fit that played with some of the season’s hottest items, including a long sheer printed dress and a suede fringed jacket with metallic studs, creating the perfect harmony between retro style and Etro’s maximalist spirit.
I.N
Who: South Korean singer I.N, member of the octet Stray Kids and ambassador for brands like the Italian jeweler Damiani and Bottega Veneta.
Where: The Bottega Veneta FW26 show.
What: A no-fail style recipe: the classic pants and trucker jacket matching set. I.N elevated the suede look with black accessories, namely dark sunglasses, a belt and the Bottega Veneta signature Intrecciato in a pair of sturdy shoes—that’s what we call repping the brand from head to toe!
Karina
Who: K-pop singer Karina, member of aespa and Prada front row fixture—she has been a brand ambassador since 2024.
Where: The Prada front row, naturally.
What: Prada’s classic mid-calf dress featuring a boat neckline, front gathered details and bows on the neckline and waist. Karina kept things classy and simple with heel shoes and a black Prada Carry handbag.
Keng
Who: Rising actor Harit Buayoi, best known by the mononym Keng and star of the 2025 hit series Khemjira.
Where: The Ferrari FW26 front row.
What: Echoing the brand’s spirit, Keng wore head-to-toe burgundy leather. His look tapped into the rise of the multiple waistband trend and blouson-style jackets. The highlight was a pair of pilot-inspired glasses with burgundy details and Barberini® glass lenses.
Lauryn Hill
Who: Grammy award-winning singer, songwriter, record producer and all-around music icon Lauryn Hill, who you probably know for her legendary album The Miseducation of Lauryn Hill.
Where: The unveiling of Louise Trotter’s sophomore collection for Bottega Veneta.
What: A bright red fiber coat that could easily pass as a fur, but it’s actually one of the innovative textiles Trotter introduced in her first collection as Bottega Veneta’s creative director. Hill combined the coat with black pants and a large fringed bag.
Lee Know
Who: K-pop star Lee Know, ⅛ of the pop music sensation Stray Kids and Gucci ambassador.
Where: the Gucci Primavera front row—the star’s first attendance at a Gucci show in their Milan homebase (he has previously attended a Cruise show in London).
What: The perfect transitional outfit, which we’ll very likely be adding to our early Spring moodboard, consisting of black denim pants, a fitted long sleeve turtleneck and a plaid blazer, chicly accentuated with a gold necklace.
Lil Ghost
Who: Chinese rapper Lil Ghost, who you might recognize from shows such as The Rap of China and Idol Producer.
Where: Glenn Martens’ latest collection unveiling for Diesel.
What: A Canadian tuxedo featuring a black fleece collar and classic Diesel signatures, including a logo belt and futuristic shades.
Lin Lin
Who: Model and content creator Lin Lin, who is a fixture at Milan Fashion Week and never ceases to amaze with her feminine, bold and statement-making style.
Where: Frankly, everywhere she went, but particularly, her attendance at the Moschino show.
What: An oversized puffed sleeve minidress fitting of a doll, accessorized with a large golden brooch and a microbag adorned with an ultra-large bag charm. Everything about it, from the outfit to the beauty, was top-tier.
Luke Newton
Who: English actor Luke Newton, widely recognized for his role in Netflix’s Regency romance Bridgerton.
Where: Boss’ FW24 show.
What: A dandy set that mixed tailored separates: a pinstripe jacket, contrasting pants and a light blue shirt accessorized with a paisley motif tie. Newton completed his leading man look with a burgundy overcoat and a slick-back hairstyle.
Mew Suppasit
Who: Actor and model Mew Suppasit, a celebrated name in the Thai entertainment industry and international fashion circles.
Where: The front row of Boss’ FW24 show
What: Mew looked extra dapper, dressed in a classic three-piece suit, accessorized with blue accents (a tie and a silk scarf worn around the neck). Mew topped off the head-turning get-up with brown leather shoes, wire frame sunglasses and a chic curtain bang hair look.
Namping
Who: Thai actor Napatsakorn Pingmuang, aka. Namping, internationally recognized for his leasing role in Khemjira.
Where: The Moschino FW26 show.
What: A streetwear-leaning outfit that paired a pink hoodie with paint-spray motifs and trompe l’oeil detail at the waist. Namping upgraded the look with mid-calf white socks, gold sports shoes and a trendy suede bag, for the perfect Moschino front-row ´fit.
Namtan Tipnaree
Who: Actor and style icon Namtan Tipnaree, one of the biggest names in entertainment to hail from Thailand in recent years. She has starred in shows such as Enigma Black Stage and Pluto,
Where: Miuccia Prada and Raf Simons’ lastest collection unveiling at Fondazione Prada.
What: A look that found the middle ground between comfort and fashion savvy and featured relaxed fit pants and a bomber jacket in Prada’s signature Re-Nylon textile.
Pond Naravit
Who: Thai actor Pond Naravit, leading star in productions like Fish Upon the Sky and Me and Thee. Pond is a well known faceamong fashion and beauty circles in Thailand.
Where: His first Prada front row.
What: A simple but striking slim trousers and sweater combo that stood out thanks to the styling of a Hawaiian-style shirt, worn purposely leaving half of the shirt untucked and showing underneath the sweater. Plus, a classic heartthrob hairstyle that stole glances.
Olandria Carthen
Who: Love Island USA alumna Olandria Carthen, a new star in the Fashion Week circuit thanks to her bold, idiosyncratic style.
Where: GCDS’ 10th anniversary show.
What: A lilac silk set featuring tailored shorts and a bomber jacket with oversized sleeves. The look also included red accents, a silk scarf wrapped around the head and white frame sunglasses.
Rebecca Patricia Armstrong
Who: Girls’ Love trailblazer actor Rebecca Patricia Armstrong, best known as Becky. The star is one of the most prominent faces in the luxury sphere and boasts various associations with fashion and beauty brands.
Where: The front row of the FW25 Tod’s show.
What: Becky arrived in a color-coordinated outfit: an orange sleeveless knit top, midi leather skirt and a long coat of the same color—demure, chic and just the perfect pop of color for the front row.
S.Coups
Who: S.Coups, South Korean singer and member of the highly decorated group SEVENTEEN. The star is also a brand ambassador for the German fashion brand Boss.
Where: Trading the runway (yes, he has previously modeled on the Boss catwalk) for a front row seat at the brand’s FW24 collection.
What: A tailored outfit that thrived on its combination of colors, textures and patterns. S.Coups wore black trousers, a black vest layered over a pinstripe shirt and a light taupe pinstripe blazer. He topped off the ensemble with a trench coat, a printed tie and a silk scarf, bringing the whole look to the next level with subtle pops of color.
Xiao Zhan
Who: China’s screen heartthrob and Tod’s (among other brands’) ambassador Xiao Zhan. Legends of the Condor Heroes: The Gallants and Gezhi Town are some of his most recent projects.
Where: The front row of the Tod’s FW26 collection unveiling. What: A classy but smart get-up that channeled the actor’s polished personal style. It consisted of black straight-leg trousers, a tucked-in knit sweater and a suede shirt worn as outerwear.
