Rosé and Levi’s Are a Match Made in Heaven

Everything to know about Rosé’s Tokyo Dome Levi’s looks.

Rosé, Blackpink singer and Grammy-nominated artist, has a well-known penchant for fashion that falls at the intersection of rock aesthetics and modern-day pop stardom. Hitting the stage for three long-awaited dates of Blackpink’s “Deadline” tour at Tokyo Dome, Rosé partnered with Levi’s to showcase her style sensibilities through three custom-designed looks.

The outfits, which Rosé wore for her performances from January 16 to 18, combined Rosé’s personal signature with Levi’s heritage as a the first denim manufacturer in the U.S. “Each outfit features unique finishing techniques, hand-customized tailoring, and premium materials, reinterpreting iconic Levi’s® motifs with bold details and textures for eye-catching, edgy style,” the brand shared in a press statement.

On the opening night of Blackpink’s concert in Tokyo, Rosé performed her solo dressed in a monochrome outfit. The look featured a custom T-shirt emblazoned with micro-studs forming the words “Tokyo 26,” a nod to the host city. Rosé finished the look with a garment-wash hoodie with studded details, a custom-made leather jacket, and a hand-studded belt. For the encore, the star changed into a studded miniskirt and a hoodie with matching details.

The next night, the “APT.” singer embraced the brand’s archive and signature codes, styling a vintage T-shirt with custom nubuck leather shorts with the Levi’s two-horse logo. She layered the hoodie she wore on the first show and completed the stage look with washed black denim truckers hand-studded by a tailor.

For Blackpink’s last show in Tokyo, Rosé wore a vintage Levi’s® eagle graphic t-shirt reimagined as a Y2K staple: the tube top. The singer paired the top with a leather mini skirt and a belt adorned with a hand-studded “Tokyo 26” graphic. Rosé also wore a custom-made washed black denim trucker jacket first seen on Day 2.

Levi’s and Rosé’s team-up echoes the brand’s role in shaping pop culture and mainstream fashion trends. The brand, after all, is credited for creating jeans favored by some of the world’s most iconic figures, from Marilyn Monroe to Kurt Cobain to Beyoncé. Levi’s close association with music has been, in fact, compiled in a museum at the brand’s headquarters at 1155 Battery Street in San Francisco. “Over the decades, we’ve continued to show up where music happens, activating around the world at legendary music festivals and cultural moments,” said the brand back in 2025.
