Thai stars have become the ultimate cultural currency in the front rows of international Fashion Weeks. There’s just something about their flawless way of embodying brands, their natural poise and their fan-pulling power that resonates with the biggest fashion labels.
Surrealist Italian icon Elsa Schiaparelli’s namesake brand has been no exception. Now helmed by Daniel Roseberry, but carrying the same legacy of bridging surrealist art and fashion with top-notch craftsmanship, the brand presented its Spring/Summer 2027 Ready-To-Wear collection on October 1, in front of a stellar lineup of VIPs, which included Thai actors Keng (Harit Buayoi) and Namping (Napatsakorn Pingmuang).
The actors’ arrival at Place du Carrousel was an evénement on its own. Fans, who No Manners spotted gathering around the Louvre Pyramid from the early morning, carried banners and memorabilia of the stars and erupted into chants when the acting duo showed up, dressed in contrasting looks.

Channeling the Yin & Yang dynamic they’ve fostered onscreen Keng and Namping opted for color juxtaposition. No stranger to fashion VIP status in France—last May he made his Cannes debut with Ami and Chopard—Keng went for an all-black ensemble. The look paired a coated silk suit (wide-leg trousers and a double-breasted jacket with structured shoulders) with a black top featuring Schiaparelli’s signature keyhole cut-out at the front.
Beauty-wise, Keng sported a heartthrob-appropriate slicked–back hairstyle with one or two rouge strands falling over his head and matte skin.
Namping, on the other hand, stepped out in an ivory look: a relaxed-fit tailored set with golden accents, worn over a sheer button-up top. The actor took cues from Schiaparelli’s surrealist book, opting for a pair of trompe l’oeil sneakers that stood out for its golden toes design and the house’s measuring tape detail around the sole. Namping also clutched a black Soufflé bag.
On the beauty front, the Khemjira The Series star embraced the classic Asian leading man fringe, updated with a wet-hair effect. Sun-kissed blush and a subtly dewy lip complemented the actor’s appearance.
Oh, that’s exactly how you make a Schiaparelli debut.
